Uhaul needs to track what equipment is at each place better . I was told on the phone that they had the dolly I needed to get there and they did not have it and I had to settle for a different type

Andrameda FInsurance was automatically added to my reservation, despite me declining the insurance when booking the trailer. This was corrected immediately, just required completing additional paperwork and a small delay in pickup.
