Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy reservation location was changed without notifying me. And then when I was trying to get the truck, the app will not upload the photos.
Jessica DToo many photos, very cold outside Jan 1 Lock box with key was frozen shut. Needed a heat gun to thaw it open. Drop off also took 30 minutes in the cold taking photos with snow around truck. Kevin at Pitt's Automotive was VERY kind.
ALEXANDER PThe owner of the store was extremely friendly and helpful! I had called and he was busy but saw I called and he called me back! People don’t do that anymore! I appreciated his level of service. He was helpful in all aspects of the rental and because of that I would support his business ! Thank you Kevin
