JEFFRY RGirl in the office was very friendly and communicative walked me through my whole rental process showed us how to take and upload pictures in the verification link also showed me how to turn on the window wipers communicated no one would be in the office for drop off , felt secure in dropping off knowing I wouldn't be over charged. Excellent communication and customer service.
