If you rent from them just go in, the website extremely slow and they people there are much more efficient

This location is supposed to be accessed through key code, as in the keys are kept in a box with a code. Supposed to be easy to access and return. No code was given to me for pick up or return. I was forced to ask the storage place owner to find the code for me and open the key code box. Very frustrating to have to do this both times.

The mobile checkout was a terrible experience. A good portion of the information could have been gathered prior to me arriving to the location (drivers license and additional contact for example). When I tried to enter an additional contact it said that it wasn't valid for some reason. After 20 minutes of trouble I went inside the location and had the staff on site help me. He wagered 70% of people have issues with the mobile checkout. Horrible experience with that portion. Everything else was fine.
