What I wanted was to rent a 12 foot trailer as I had a cargo van rented from the Kamloops location. Because the Motel 6 location does not rent cargo vans your system would not let them rent me a cargo trailer. This meant instead of spending ~ $30 I spent close to $300 for the day and had to park the cargo van for the day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas very good, they were receptive, quick and polite.
Randall VI had i terrible experience. I made a reservation online only to be phoned and told the equipment i needed was unavailable, made reservations for alternate equipment to suit my needs, wich ended up being twice as expensive as i was quoted, i was not warned of the price increase or i wouldve looked into alternatives!!
Andrew BThe miscommunication from calling in and picking up. They fixed it but if I was picking up with phone would have been more messy
Twila VGreat service and help with entire process. Explained clearly and answered any questions
