Owner was an hour late to the appointment. Also the total I paid at the end was $30 more than it said it would be. If I'm paying a certain amount per mile AND for the gas that is used-that should be made very clear before renting. The online check in made it easy.

NANCY RAlthough location was great UHALs systems were down therefore took over an hour to check in
Hugo LWe were told at the pickup location that if we returned the truck a day early we would not be charged for that day. The drop off location was rude and told us we were not getting the day refunded. I would like to know who is correct.
