I understand this is a remote location, so it should be like an ecommerce experience, with everything being just as ordered. The keys to the truck are in a lock-box, great, then you have to search a whole warehouse complex to find the trucks. They are way in the back and as I picked early, there were several trucks blocking the way, extremely hard to get out of the parking lot. The truck was dirty, I took pictures of the cabin as I p/u the truck and it was not good. My first surprise, the truck was on "Empty" this is terrible, the first thing you have to do is go to a gas station and I was afraid I would run out of gas. Then the worst part happened when I left the gas station, maybe 5-10 minutes I realized the A/C was not properly working. The rental was a disaster, I was sweating all the time, the cabin was really hot. When I returned, I realized there was no customer service at that location, it is just the box on the wall. I called customer service and told them the ordeal. They told me to wait 72 hours for a regional manager to contact me, but I feel that this rental should be free!
