This was a complete waste of my time. I specifically called to verify that the location offered 24-hour checkout, only to arrive and find out it didn't. The vehicle I was issued wasn't accessible, and I had to call again just to be moved to another location. The area was extremely dark, and the way the vehicle was parked made it impossible to take proper photos. You all need to do better and be more considerate of people's time.

QAIS ALocation was great, friendly, and efficient. U-Haul customer service toll free number was good. Overall though my experience with U-Haul company was unacceptable! I reserved a truck a a few weeks prior to my move. However, when I got to my original location there were no trucks. I was sent to a second location where again, there were no trucks. I had movers on the clock to start at 1030am, but finally got a truck at 1245pm. In top of that I had ordered 2 hand trucks that were not available. U-Haul need to take more accountability with their reservations. They need to make sure that was has been reserved is available. Better business that way.
