The only problem was access is on a one-way street. Just a small problem when changing yard to pick-up equipment - trailers - after doing the paperwork.

I was late 20 minutes return time. I had to return next day which costs me another $60 with parking and for a driver. Not sure why I couldn’t check it out via mobile... It wasn’t very convenient...

Had to wait forever both to pick the truck up (while I had reserved it online) and also took their time to do the check out (even though by that time there were no other customers). I was told I would receive the receipt by mail which till now has not happened. And I have the idea that I was charged extra for bringing back the truck 30 minutes late, which was at least the delay at pick up time... Oh, and the truck was old and dented.

Train your staff in customer service skills, and to be more organized and faster. It took me like 45 to get the truck as the staff was taking other calls and started helping other clients when she "was working with my transaction"... !? She put me on hold to help others over the ph... !? When I returned the truck I complained as I was there for about 15 minutes and there was nobody to receive it. I was told someone would help me soon. It took me about 30 hour to be assisted and when he arrived, he was upset, and with attitude he told me the gas was a "bit" under the required and told me to go an put gas and comeback or I will me charged extra money. I told him it was qere I got it, and he say NO, put more gas or pay the extra money... !? I know he was upset because I complained about them, so I preferred to pay and not deal with such a nasty person... !? I have used your services before, but the services I received was very poor, and not acceptable for a big company like yours. Thank you.

The service is pretty bad, I rent two times a truck, and I was charge incorrect the gas, I call to informed the manager, but the lady who answer my call she told me the manager was busy, I left my information and they never returned my call, today I rented a truck, I request a furniture truly and when I got to the location they informed me that they didn't have it, I request to speak with the manager, and he told me those items are not guaranteed, I told him why the lady book something if they don't have it, for the inconvenience I request a regular truly, the manager ask the sale rep to include it in the order and manually put a note to be adjusted on my return, when I got to my location, it was no truly in the truck, I call and request to speak with the manager, and again the lady told me he was busy, I informed her I will wait, to put me on hold, well the manager took for ever and I hand up, you can tell they don't care about the customer, I will write a letter to corporate.

Very slow staff members. It took one desk reps 30 min to handle one client, and the other took longer. I've reserved & scheduled all online to speed up things, but didn't help at all. Not really efficient, and didn't seem the staff members care at all. I can't imagine if I had 2 clients in front of me, then I'd probably would wait one & half hour, which is ridiculous. Hope you improve that issue, as I'm not sure I'd come to this location again. Apparently my friend, who helped me with my move, used your truck rental services a week earlier, and he also had to wait excessive time. I've used that location multiple times at the past, and it was significantly better. Hope you improve it. Thank you..

Original agent completely unprofessional. Vehicle FILTHY DIRTY. Final agent charged my card 4 times and caused a fraud alert on my card. Wasting 45 minutes of my time while I cleared up her mistake. Horrible overral experience. I will not be considering uhaul for any of my rental needs ever again.
