We were unable to get a hold of anyone all day, we were instructed to contact them once we arrived in Miami. We were also not informed by the Miami office scheduler when we rescheduled our dropoff location in Miami that this location was closed on Mondays. We were there, called four time and there was no drop box on the door that we could find. I finally reached someone who was rude and bothered. He told us to leave the keys in the truck. We were parked outside down the road from the Uhaul, the only available spot for us to park the truck and tow. We left the key inside and after leaving with an Uber driver had him take us back to the shop. We were worried that we would be responsible if someone stole the truck and tow. We immediately contacted uphaul and they informed us that we would have to pay for a lock smith. We are very upset to say the least. He was going to pass our concerns to uphaul supervision and someone was going to contact us. We have not been called or contacted.Samuel F.

I had been charged $80 when initially receiving the keys to the truck. I had needed to extend the hours of the drop off time from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and had gotten charged $54. The keys were dropped off into the keybox close to 6pm, as witnessed by the same employee who gave me the keys. The receipt sent to me for the truck a day later ended up being less than $75 total, including the gas and milage used. Will the close to $60 be refunded to my account?JOSE D.

Ordered utility dolly not avail-had to go cross town @ 1.19/mile and stand in line 1 hr plus to get dolly, PLUS had to rent as a one way (3$ extra) so I did not have to take it back there. Then your app was inop on check in to closed location-had to spend almost 1 hr on 1 800 # plus shoot/send pictures of unit, drop location and showing drop of contracts/keys into after hours box. WORST U HAUL EXPERIENCE EVER! 1/2 O F 1 STAR - EQUIP WAS OK EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A PAIN IN THE PART OF THE HORSE THAT GOES OVER THE FENCE LAST!!!Joseph M.
