Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charges for mileage i didn't use. The Uhual location was exactly across the street from my apartment. I was also charged for move safe which i opted out of. I dont recommend this 3rd party. Surprise fees
Lovelyne JKeys were not in the drop box as started. Van was opened and unlocked at pickup. Dirt caked up on the steps to go inside and was dusty inside. Keys and equipment were left in the back that I didn’t reserve.
ELKIA SI would NEVER rent Uhaul again in my life. Ever. My current bill is on e alert no one answers it is a mission my bill is calculated at $500 and they are charging me $1200!!!!! For a 29 dollar a day truck what?!? I moved 13 miles away!!!! I wrote a google complaint next is the BBB!!
MARIA DThey need to understand what they are doing; very poor customer service, and communication with customers is not appropriate. They over charged me for service I didn’t request.
