The location and return time was very convenient. Keep up the good work.
Hiram KThe truck was filthy, with stuff still left in from the last customer. This was a Uhaul place at a gas station. I will use an actual Uhaul facility in the future.
Paula CI had so many issues with returning my truck. It took me an hour of running and trying to figure it out. Then 2 separate phone calls to uhaul to clarify that my return was received as the store clerk said I was still responsible for the truck until it showed as returned in the system. I also left MORE gas on that truck than when I originally picked it up and it was not recorded. That meter floated so bad smh. I do not have these issues with the Golden ring location. I will continue going there
Dechandra WTruck had no gas to start. Nobody told us where the truck was located. Had issues returning the truck and the attendant was not helpful at all.
