Customer service for 44 Feed was great as always. The truck however, was subpar and not what I expected based on prior truck rentals. The truck was 13 years old, which was part of the problem. Truck did not have cruise control, which sucks when driving 1200 miles. The headlights weren't properly adjusted, making night time driving a lot more challenging than need be. Drivers seat did not have an arm rest on the right side, so we ended up with a couch cushion in the cab to make the drive a little more comfortable. The seatbelts locked up with the slightest movement, so reaching for things and even adjusting ones posture was a hassle. If all that wasn't enough, the am/fm only radio, when it could actually find a signal, had constant static and sounded like blown speakers placed in a tin can. After this experience I'd be hesitant to rent another truck from Uhaul . I did try calling uhaul en route to our destination to see about getting a different truck, but after being on hold for 20+ minutes I gave up.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge, getting in and out of a small space with a big truck isn't easy. Overall everything was easy!

I reserved online and had prearranged my dropoffs. After picking up the equipment and completing their use I found that the drop-off location had been changed and completely out of my way due to being on a tight schedule. However the original drop-off point made the necessary changes and accepted the equipment.
This U Haul had a leak in the cab causing my aunt to drive 421 miles soaked from head to toe. The damage was not disclosed at the rental location upon pick up.
This equipment was not in good working condition. After we began loading the U Haul we noticed that the cargo area had a leak and smelled of marijuana. I called and talked to a customer service agent and had them document it.
Awesome management that where very friendly & very helpful. Made my short 4 hrs rental a non-stress affair and will most definitely go there for any needs I shall have in the future.
The owner was great. He helped me hook up the trailer and answered all of my questions.

The guy running this place treated me like I was a second class citizen. I gave him the keys to the van and he moved it. I went in and while I was inside another customer came in. When he came in to wait on me he waited on the other person first. Then argued with me over the amount of gas in the van, which that van wasn't full when I got it. Then when he printed my receipt he flicked the paper in my face. I hope that Uhaul will take a look at this paticular business as they treated me unworthy of at least exceptional service and I'm from this area.
Things went well until day before I received a phone call asking us to change drop-off locations. That didn't work for us. Not our issue there weren't enough trucks in one location. Plus, we paid by the mile....not going to go further to drop off a truck due to U-Hauls need for another truck in a different location. Other than that....nice experience.
I could not check in online. I gave them all of the pictures and info they wanted and they still said it couldn't be done. So online check in needs to be improved!
44 Livestock & Pet Supply LLC was great to work with for my U Haul rental needs. They had exactly what I needed, and provided easy pickup and drop off near my residence. I will not hesitate to use them again when I need to rent U Haul items again.
The only major issue was a tired blue out less then halfway into my trip. In the middle of the night.
Location was convenient & the representative was professional & friendly.. I highly suggest finding a Flat rate solutions ... for instance 40$ 50 miles or less.. 60$ 100 miles or less.. I own & operate a aggregate hauling business one thing ive learned my clients & customers hate hidden fees & additional fees.. I was sold when the sign said $19.95, As the day went on the rate increased due to the milage.. which frustrated me as your customer.. I would have completely fine paying 75$ Plus fuel or what ever my bill came to if that was the rate for the day and the 55 miles i drove.. I really was just taken back on the mis representation & my misunderstanding of the sign..
