Uhaul changed the location on us at the last minute from one that was staffed to this location that was unstaffed. It was confusing to get into the lockbox. Once we were able to get into the truck, the hand truck and 2 utility dollies that we requested and paid for were not on the truck. Uhaul required we go to the original pick up location to obtain the equipment, which was an additional 5 miles to get to as we had already returned home by the time we could get through to Uhaul. At that location, there was only one utility dolly available when we got there though we needed and had paid for two. Customer service refused to provide any type of discount for the missing equipment and the extra time and mileage on our personal vehicle to pick up that equipment at the original location.

Mark SFirst the rep I delt with did handle our situation well. Our reservation was first cancelled when I had a note in of what time id be picking up truck. Was cancelled with no notification the day of pick up until 2 hours later when I was getting ready to get the truck. We then got another truck brought it to wear we needed, then when opening the truck it was a pool of water inside inside and raining buckets inside the truck! We slipped a few times couldnt load our stuff and then called again and got another truck hour later thank fully
