Clean the truck, both interior of the truck and the inside of the cabin. I needed to clean and spray lysol throughout before loading my stuff as it was not only dirty; there was some dried liquid in the cabin that was all over. About an hour in to the journey the tire warning indicator light came on noting either low tire pressure or a malfunction of the sensor. Message noted to check sensor system.
Thomas DI chose the personnel were not helpful because there was no personnel there. I purposely chose to pick up the truck at 9:30 when I knew the office would be open and I wouldn't have to use the online app which I had read horrible reviews about.
Don GDrop off was very confusing. No signage as to where the truck should be dropped and it was hard to figure out where the front of the building was.
Mark FIt was not easy to access the site. It keep logging me out. The chat agent was rude, that's if this was actually a real person. I would never rent another van from a drop box service. I would prefer to use a location that has customer service.
