The initial visit was good however, when returning was another issue. The person that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. Asked what time they closed and the person answered 4:00 on Friday and then asked if I knew what time it was? When I told him that the trailer was due back at 7:30PM apparently after closing hours, he stated, “leave the trailer on the street and he would take care of it on Mondayâ€.

The drop off was quick and easy; the office staff was at my rental vehicle door just as I was exiting the truck with my belongings. He checked the vehicle and logged the mileage. I was off within a few minutes.
