Our drop off location changed and the app didn’t let me edit it to the correct drop off location. Craig said the drop off location would change it for us, but when we dropped off the truck, we were told that the pick up location should have changed it and he could not. So, we were overcharged. The pick up location didn’t change our drop off location and it was finalized and we got charged for too many miles.

Andrew GAt first it Wasn't quite clear that my reservation changed from returning to same location to a one way. ended up working out just fine with the help of family. This specific place had a guy talk me through getting the key out of a locker and set me up and on my way (over the phone). Overall good experience, would do it again. Truck worked great.
