For being a walk in,the representative i dealt with was fabulous & friendly.I needed a van for a move due to rain conditions and was hooked up immediately. Good price, good service. I would recommend this location U Haul for your moving equipment needs in the Dingmans Ferry/ Lords Valley area.

Edwin BThis location was fine in other ways, HOWEVER too distant from our originally agreed location. You changing the drop-off location to one apparently more convenient for you, not me was sadly an indicator of your business model. I feel deceived by you. I'm to the point where I will recommend my friends stay AWAY from U-Haul.

Manfred BThe pick up location changed the night before we needed it, caused a bit of hassle then we dropped off at location (one wat trip) at 2:00. Drove 3 hours home in our car to receive a txt drop off location changed. I had to call and tell uhaul keys in drop box 3 hours ago no way were we able to do that. Not to mention the drop off would have required us driving it 2 hours on our way home racking up all those extra miles.
