Cisco DThe lady that helped me and ran this location was extremely helpful. I failed to follow the return process for dropping off the vehicle after hours and had already put the keys in the drop box. I called her and she took care of the return process first thing the next morning just as she said she would do. In a world were we have lost what good customer service means, it is nice to see it still exists somewhere. If I were able to do so, I would give her a big tip, which is something we do at restaurants all the time even when service stinks. I would much rather give her a tip. Please take care to keep this location active as when I move my son again in 6 months, I want to rent from her again.
Kent FMake sure people know about the fuel charge. I read the contract and understood it, but was told something completely different at the counter. I did not deserve an $80 fuel charge due to lack of explanation upon check out.
