There are no improvements needed. The pick up and return was nothing short of smooth sailing. I greatly appreciated the help loading my moving equipment into the truck by the owner....and I enjoyed his friendliness and conversation. I'll definitely rent from him again amd will recommend him as well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJacob was polite and very helpful in getting my vehicle ready and setting me loose.
Sean BI had to drop off trailer in a dark field, the light wasn't good and it was 30 minutes away from the location I requested.
RICHARD HBecause of demand, our pickup site got changed after we were already on the road, and the new pickup schedule would have required our backtracking by an hour to get the trailer the next day. The owner at Valley Woodworking went out of his way to accommodate a late night pickup for us while we were on our way to our destination, saving us considerable time. Outstanding service!
Wes SVery nice friendly operator
