The van smells really bad. Smelt of urine and pop especially in the front. I ALWAYS get good vans and great service from this location but this time I was given a dirty inside and outside, smelly hot box.

Alain FHorrible customer service. The lady kept screaming at me for no reason. She said she was upset this morning because the cops stopped her on her way to the storage unit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My truck was so dirty, equipments I paid for was no where to be found. I literally begged for equipments. Horrible place. Very Horrible
OKECHUKWU EOffice was closed, during business hours, when I returned the rental. There was nothing I could do to alert the office that I’d returned it. Two days later, I get a message asking why I hadn’t returned the trailer.
RONALD NI can’t really rate this location because I did an after hours drop off, but I will say the signage to this building is nonexistence if I didn’t know the area I would not have been able to find this location because when you pull into the lot, it’s a self-serve storage facility after I drove around the building without seeing the U-Haul office and drove back around again I had to get out of my vehicle and physically walk around the building to find the U-Haul office location. They need to put some signage on the building and make sure you can see the U-Haul location from the road .You cannot see it from the road because of the hedges that are in front of the building.,when you’re driving by because there’s no signage on the building at all. The only way I found it was by walking and seeing a small U-Haul sign in the window beside the storage facility building.
