Experience was good and very smooth. All info provided and returned by email so little to do on pick up and return.

DAMANDEEP SNo air in tire meant I had to go spend my time and money to go and get the vehicle into actual drive able condition. Unacceptable.
RYAN GNo comment everything good and very good service
Danielle DThe problem is that it wasn't an easy pick-up because the app sent me inside instead of telling me the code for the lock. When I went inside, the person didn't actually know what was going on. So there might have been a problem with the process. In any case, they did eventually help. Also some other person had parked at the truck spot when I returned it, which was also a little annoying. They did eventually move from there though.
