To drop off location was excellent very courteous and got me on my way immediately with no issues after receiving the vehicle back

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had scheduled to also rent a few dollies and shipping blankets, but the location didn't have any to satisfy my order. Worse - the address is incorrect. 1219 Lincoln Way W and 1219 Lincoln Way E are both residential buildings. I had to call the location (which was just about to close) to figure out where they were, which was described to me as "Lincoln Way and Logan". Luckily my GPS was able to find an intersection, because I wasn't from the area (my chosen pick-up location was unavailable and this one - 15 miles away in another city) and didn't know where it was. I'm not saying it was shady, but it gave the impression and I didn't feel comfortable.
Laura WThere was a French fry on the floor of the vehicle, so it wasn't perfectly clean, but pretty clean.

Kenneth WWe ordered a dolly and moving pads. Nieither was supplied with the truck for out before hours pick up. The app was cumbersome and it took several attempts for it to accept the photos of the truck. Need to start a chat with your help desk in order to get password for the lock. Several items were scratched in the move that would have been fine if we had the movies supplies requested.
