Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was not ready for mobile pickup this morning, setting me 45 mins behind schedule. I went to do the mobile drop off this afternoon and after doing the whole return process through the app as directed, I was then told I was not allowed to leave, even though I had the confirmation, recipt, and was directed on the app to drop off key to drop box location. Furthermore, I was threatened by the branch employee, that I will no longer be able to get anonther U-Haul in the future if I had not waited for him, which further added another 20 minutes to my loss in time, and a very unnecessary argument which was not professional at all.
Shoshawna BSpeed up the process, the credit card I booked on the file for online booking wasnt there for the cashier to use so I needed to provide a 2nd credit card. Also the cashier couldn't figure out how to read the trucks mileage. Otherwise a good experience.
Aaron LVery quick and easy service.
