Not too sure what to say about this experience. Getting charged for things I don’t agree with. Location and service from the place was fine however didn’t expect a few extra charges like mileage and a clean fee. This truck was filthy upon picking up and if I had time to return, I probably should have. I had to somewhat clean the cabin area so I can put my stuff inside. Bumper is broken and not secure. Sunvisor fell when I tried to use it and window crank is broken. Plus very dirty inside and I left the other person garbage inside as I won’t do it myself

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisApp didn't work when picking up the truck. My mobile connection was full bars as I tested other websites with no issue or delay. Wasted 45 mins of my time and called support. Couldn't extend due to another booking. They instructed me to go inside the convenience store to get the keys. Terrible experience. Never again. Cannot recommend. Terrible.

Vikram RLocation was easy to reach & pickup experience was smooth. No complaints with the location as such. The only issue, which applies to Uhaul overall & not to the individual pickup locations, if you add any equipment as an add-on, you will never receive that. Only expect to get the truck without any additional equipments. Also, never depend on Uhaul to pickup the truck based on your convenience, always check if the pickup location is open at your pickup time, otherwise Uhaul company will never help you. Above review is based on past experiences. Next time, I will never use Uhaul, even if this is the only company available.
