I'm not at all a racist person so the comment I am making is not at all to make a rascal comment but to let this location know. As a young Italian, Canadian born woman walking in as a customer like everyone else. I did feel as though because there were individuals who worked there that spoke the same language and the majority of the customers in the store, that I did have to wait until 2 groups that was clear to everyone had just walked in and went to the front of the line to ask for the exact same request that I needed were helped before me. And only after speaking up and expressing that I was offended by it was I immediately helped right after was not right. I was in and out right after that. But if I didn't say anything, no one greeted me or instructed anyone of anything in a, what I believed to be was an English speaking store.

Harmanjit SThey keep me waited for 2 hours useless person not a professionals. My pickup was at 5:30 pm and they gave me around 7:10pm. I will never use u-haul in my life will never recommend to anyone. They don't care about the customer's time. They don't value time basically and no ethics how to behave with the customers.
AVI KThe windows were open when i picked this vehicle up from the location and due of which the cabin was full of dirt that I cleaned myself and it parked in the area which was full of mud. I filled the gas tank to exact mark when I returned to the location, however I was charged extra on that which is not fare at all. Will never consider this location and uhaul in further.
