Truck was completely dirty inside and also I was charged 15.00for safemove when I didn't want it, representative didn't even ask me she just charged me for it and when I questioned her she told me she couldn't remove it after.. which I know is a lie but u should ask customers first not just assume and add it onCHRISTOPHER D.

Truck not maintained properly. Had tire inflation alarm at all times with no actual issue. Gas reading was not precise on the contract with the actual reading. It states half tank but it was actually below half.Rogelio D.

ordered blankets and did not recieve any. on reservation it said total would be about 68$+ tax. upon picking up vehicle i was charged 100$SHAWN H.
No instructions were provided on where the vehicle would be parked or on key location. We wasted 30 - 40 minutes figuring it out. We were not informed in advance that they would not have our furniture dolly or blankets available which made our move extremely challenging. I would have planned accordingly but only found out one I opened the back of the truck. The back was full of debris and even shattered glass. The one standard dolly was just thrown in the back and not fastened to the bracket. There were two opportunities, prior to pick up, for the customer service rep to give us a better idea of the steps we are to follow when picking up after hours as I asked them what we would have to do. Both times neither of them wanted to help and simply brushed us off saying the link will prompt us through the steps. This is poor customer service. The nature of time constraints during a move require proper planning and UHaul did not make it any easier. We are quite dissatisfied with U-Haul's service and will NOT be using it again.Mario R.
I booked the truck to pick up at 5 pm but the attendant called me around 4 pm because she has to go home. She was very rude and the truck was not in good condition. The door was left wide open and the truck was at different locationTSERING D.

The truck was in an empty lot. I had ordered dollies and blankets. I got a call from the location the night before at 9:30 pm telling me that they don't have any blankets. I got a call from Uhaul's rep couple of days before confirming all equipment will be there. Then in the morning, the truck did not have any dollies either. I was in a complete bind. I was not happy with the whole experience as I had to arrange for dollies last minute while my movers waited. I had to move heavy furniture without the blankets. I am completely disappointed. Moving is already stressful, I could have done it without this additional stress.SUJEETPRAKASH B.

First of all, the owner was incredibly rude. She demanded information and told us not to call her at the time of our pick up because she would be sleeping (even though her hours of operation were listed as open.) she sent us to a different location NOTE: her trucks are not actually kept at that location, she keeps them stored elsewhere and doesn't tell you until 10pm the night before! Because of this other location, you cannot check in online as the gps picks up the location as the wrong address. Nothing but absolute stress dealing with her and her location. I do not recommend at all!Vito C.
I just drove 27kms. I was told gas is full and bring it back full. When i filled the tank before returning, i was shocked that i ended up filling $20 in gas. When i told the owner, she said I don't know. Truck was not clean at all. It was all dusty and dirty. Specially the steering wheel and dash. Last but not least, customer service was pathetic, entire time from my walk-in the store and till i got the keys, she was busy on phone with somebody.
