The lady who helped me, I forget her name. I felt that she wasn’t patient with me. I was looking for my drop off location that was in another state. I couldn’t remember the street. I was looking it up on my phone. She asked me what city and I told her the city I was moving to. I stated the drop off location wasn’t that far from my address. I continued looking and asked her to give me a minute please. She said the closest was on Oxford St. I told her that didn’t sound right. Needless to say she reassured me it was. Once I got to my location I looked up where to drop the U-Haul off at and it was 9 miles away in another city. The closest one to me was 1 mile away.

Lori Sprior to the turn-in I put fuel in the truck. I was required to return the truck with 5/8 and I returned the truck with 3/4 tank of fuel. the receipt showed 1/4 tank of gas and charged me $73 dollars. I was also charged $68 for furniture pads that were not present when I rented the truck, claiming that I did not return them. I called to have the charges adjusted and was never updated as to the status of the issues.
