I dropped the trailer off when storage pro was already closed for the day. The gentleman was very helpful over the phone.
Melissa WTold me I could not check in the equipment on Friday during posted hours. Arrived at 2:30 p.m. and tried to turn me away. Would not check it in. I left the equipment and they did not check it in until Monday causing me to be charged for an additional day rental. I called the location and they did not answer. Had to call the 800 number, wait and work to get the charge reversed. Not an easy process. Would not recommend Storagepro.
