The original reservation for the truck was for 200 Beltline Hwy and it was moved 3 days before pick up with no notice. They had my reservation for 3 weeks and the U Haul center didn't have any trucks. We lost an hour because of the inconvenience. Very disappointed in U Haul no Terrans. The only thing I was offered for the inconvenience was 30 extra miles which we didn't need. Compensation that would have helped would have been a free day truck rental.

James MSaid U-Haul was down nationwide had four guys $50 an hour each waiting and was 2 hours late getting the U-Haul and now I see they charged my credit card once and my debit card twice no three times so now I've got to figure this out .
Samuel Bprices is too high
MATTHIAS WThis is a serviceable location but it will never be considered “inviting”. Again…a decent guy but it’s just a drop off point…I’ve seen someone only once out of four returns…
