Van had sticky soda spill in cup holders prior to me renting it but that’s minor. I swept the van out, and wiped down the mats and cup holders prior to returning it. That way no one else had to do it. Over all nice van. Comfy seats, customers should be required to delete their phone’s connectivity to navigation prior to renting. That was confusing going through all those iPhones hahahahha

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck did not have the equipment I requested, the key was not in the truck as the app described (not sure if that's on you or on them) and the truck had a leak. There was water in moms attic when I picked the truck up. I talked to Nikki(sp?) at corporate about all of this upon picking up the truck.
Dylan HVery friendly staff!!
Mark FOnly issue I have is this is the 2nd box trailer I rented this year and both times I ended up with a flat tire and stuck on side of the road for 4hrs or more.. I’ve rented car trailers from Uhaul and never had any issues. I feel the tires on box trailers are not a sufficient ply tire. They neees to be 10-12-14 ply. It’s very inconvenient to get a flat on the highway..
SAMUEL ZHonestly the easiest process I’ve had renting from this location. Will use again!
