When I was getting a U-Haul, I grabbed a cup of coffee as there was coffee left out for customers however, there was no covers that I could see. I asked the owner if you could tell me where the covers were and he said we don’t have covers this is in the coffee house. I felt that was very rude and uncalled for and just because of that fact alone I would never be back. You don’t need to be rude to a customer when they ask you a simple question. I will absolutely never be back again to this location and I would never recommend it to anybody.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was good
Frank WThe truck was clean outside, and on the cargo area, but the cockpit wasn’t clean
Edgar AU-Haul made a mistake on recoding a charge from a previous rental that caused the store manager (and me) to waste valuable time on the checkout. The driver side floor of the van was filthy.
WOODMAN TWeather has been tough so the condition of the vehicle was as good as expected/required.
