Location did not have the moving pads we requested so we had to go to another location to get those. Additionally, we did not receive any paperwork and it was out of our way because we initially rented this truck at a different location

1-way rental to Romeoville IL. Romeoville U-Haul very clean & very helpful. I would definitely recommended Romeoville IL. I will never recommend Fairmont Inn, Monroe WA to anyone!
Cheryl SI originally reserved the truck to pick up in Kenmore near Bothell, Washington, and two days prior to my rental. It got moved to Monroe, which is about 20 miles away from my original pick up point. Very disappointed in that change. Also my time moved from 8 AM to 10 AM which caused a two hour delay in my loading.
