After I waited for almost an hour for the guy to answer my call because I didn't have a lock box code and then he gave me the wrong on so we had to wait some more. We finally got it. He was not the friendliest. The return store was never there I proceeded to finish the 24/7 drop off and then the box couldn't be located. It was no where near the front of the store. I finally had to go to the shop next door for help to find the box. The whole process was ridiculous

Issue wasn’t with the location it was the truck itself. The mirror on the truck was broken so I had to be followed by my wife the whole trip in order to switch lanes as I could not see. The front end of the truck is in need of major maintenance. It shook the whole ride and felt like a death trap. We will be calling customer service as this was not a good experience.
michael BPick up location is running another business, so was competing with another customer. Did his best to handle both. Would like dolly to be available.
