The location was the second transfer for this reservation due to the unavailability of the truck we needed. At this location, the best they could offer was a 26' truck when we only needed a 20' truck. The location was in an area of Montgomery that is generally not as safe as others, and there was a language barrier with the clerks at the store. The rental process was handled over a facetime call with someone else who was operating the computer in the store remotely, and it looked like they were driving a car while they were helping us. At the previous location, we were told the rental would be charged at the price of the one we reserved, and we were offered additional miles for the inconvenience.

Felt unsafe, they had to many people out front hanging around and no one in the business knew how to fill out the needed info, someone did it over the phone
Jamie BThe vehicle that I picked up was the only one at this location. The person renting the vehicle was a store operator. I had to type my personal credit card info onto his personal computer. I was not happy about that & the entire experience!!!
