No one was working during business hours, the phone was unanswered and I couldn't even leave a voice mail message, the lot was in poor condition and the entire area was questionable. The fact that I used the trailer for less than 24 hours and returned it promptly to the location, it took an entire week for U-Haul to confirm that I had returned the trailer and issue me a final invoice ($0). I called the 800 number EVERY DAY asking for confirmation and no one could confirm that I had returned the trailer.

The truck cabin was not clean and had debris from the previous renter. The cup holders were dirty, the windshield was dirty. The back had miscellaneous debris in it. The person with the keys was not at the site and took 30 minutes to arrive even when we had a scheduled appointment.
Robert MWent to the location to pick up a reservation that I made for the town of wetumpka. Ended up costing me more and mileage and gas because of U-Haul practices. What is the point of a reservation and how far would you have to make said reservation to actually get the location in the town you need it in. This will be the second time this exact thing has happened to me. According to reviews it happens to others as well. As for the pickup location I arrived for my rental and the app or system they used to process me was down. The employee advised me to download the U-Haul app and process the rental myself which was the longest process considering I have never done it before and the employee was zero help. The pictures requested in the app took over 15 times to finally get one that would be acceptable. Needless to say between having to travel an extra 40 miles and do the rental process was not a good look for U-haul and the vendor that was supposed to be able to process my reservation. Two thumbs down
ERIC BI was really struggling to find a 10 foot truck and everyone that I spoke to with uhaul was very patient and helped me out a lot! I will most definitely be seeking out uhaul for all future moves! Thank you
Tara CThe rep could not tell me what the insurance covered (pretty bad), but they also couldn't tell me what size truck I was getting (are you kidding?). The fuel level was overstated and the read door is quite damaged requiring jumping from the bumper hanging by the strap to get it over some bent place in the door tracks. The truck was not badly dirty, but obviously had not been cleaned. The return with the same rep was fine.
