Location was fine. Had questions. Chat feature was absolutely UNhelpful. Asked for a call back. No one called. Was charged for 18 miles over the limit. Was originally told there was no option for unlimited miles. At drop off was told there IS an option.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would make sure there is more than 29 miles to E rather than then "SUGGESTING" that I should add more gas than that when dropping it off.
Laura GI did not have any contact with any personnel.
Shannon UI was disappointed that I had to drive 20+ miles farther to find a rental. This made me have to pay more than I would have if there had been a location in my home town. The man at the rental place was very helpful and friendly.
KAREN RWe will always choose this location for our U-Haul needs! Fast, Friendly, service, every time!!
