Staff did not properly connect the trailer. It came off the vehicle 10 minutes after pickup, not even the chains kept the trailer connected. The trailer crossed into traffic and was hit by a truck, extremely lucky nobody was injured....

EARL BOur trailer was great as was Stormore. We returned on the wekened when Stormore was closed my husband found this a bit inconvient as we had to have some one come woth us to unhook the trailor. The person we booked with on the phone said use the app to check the trailer back in. The app leaves alot to be desired,however. I tryed to use it but it tried to charge me again after i had already paid! Not only did it try to charge me what I had already paid it was charging more on top of that. I will never use your app or recomend to anyone. I will recommend uhaul and the store i used, but only that they call or go to uhaul in person.
