Poor communication between uhaul. There for over an hour just to get the trailer. Computer problems galore.

We reserved a truck with an appliance dolly. It was included on the reservation and on the sales contract at pick up. When we picked up the truck, there was no dolly. This is not a manned location, so I had no recourse to get the item I rented. I had to call the customer service number and they transferred me to the Dayton reservation dept. They told me to go to another location to get the dolly, and they would put notes that we did not get it and that location would provide one to us. We got to that location and the notes just said we did not receive. So we had to wait another 20 minutes to get everything switched from this location to the one that had the dolly. All in all, it took over an hour out of our rental time to get an item we had originally reserved. That cut into our time with the truck to do the things we needed to do to move.
