With the price for daily rental, the mileage rate that UHaul charges is outrageous. I rented the box truck for 3 days and paid .69 cents per mile, had to rent one again a few days later for a large moving job,same size truck now paying .89 cents per mile.

Was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to provide wood crib to ensure front cowlings did not catch. Also stayed past posted hours to ensure we were taken care of.

Owner was a complete prick. Called me hours after pick up wanted it returned the next day because his friend needed that specific truck. Never offered any compensation because i had rented it for multiple days. Stated they were not open on Sunday for me to return truck on monday. Lied stated he never said that...his business hours on his wall, door and online show closed today....why would i make that up. I returned his truck and he cussed me like a sailor. I gave it right back tho.

I arranged for the auto pick-up - however we were late and the app said the reservation expired. The folks and B&B were super friendly and helpful. The truck was not very clean - there was a lot of grass in the cabin and some trash (paper trash, gym wrapper and an old lighter). I have photos if you would like to see them.

Need to do price match. And not get so upset when someone else help me out so I could get home. And telling me that the truck was full of gas when it was not. I made sure that I took a picture so I should the place that I dropped it off at. But yes I put a full tank of gas in anyway.
