When I had questions about my deposit being processed back to my card, Paula with The Honey and Bee connection, explained the invoice to me, explaining what the acronyms were. She responded in a timely manner and was polite. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was greeted and assisted as needed. I would rent from this location again if the need arises.

Taylor PThis was not the original location I was supposed to be picking my UHual up at. The original location did not have it ready. I had to call and talk to customer support so they could figure out what to do. It put me behind over an hour. I even had to drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way. Then we we finally did get the UHual it has no gas in it. Barely enough to make it to a gas station. I definitely will not be renting a U-Haul again. I will go with another company.
