Consumer Beware! Location is dark and unattended.They try to add on unwarranted fees and charges at drop off. Do not have a smart phone or internet service for a computer at home. Dropped off 26 foot Uhaul at location designated at pickup same day as have done previously; broom swept, blankets folded, gas at 3/8 mark as instructed at pickup. Kept getting texts that vehicle needed to be dropped off well after the vehicle was sitting in their lot for days and assessing late charges automatically. Representatives are unfriendly and not helpful. Vehicles are not checked in when returned to lot and key in drop off box immediately next day eventhough I had the pickup representative put notes on the location of drop-off and that it would be a same day return. I am disputing all additional charges. Very dissatified and unhappy with drop off.
