Make sure the U-Haul isn't 5 miles over the speedometer. My Dad was going 70mph in his truck and the U-Haul said it was going 75mph and cut off.

Kind of a random location. Not a lot of inventory if you are picking stuff up. Good place to drop off although right off a highway. We did drop off using the U-Haul app. Worked for us!
Damian SHad not contact with anyone due to the fact it was closed. I could not get to do the correct return due to the u haul app. Would not let me continue with anything, could not find my location. It said someone would call....NOT! could not wait all evening, so I called the next day to let someone know it was turned in the same day. Not a good experience with the app.
CHARLES HThe uhaul app didn't work very well. I was late for pickup and I had the hardest time figuring put how to start the pickup process. I write user interface software for a living, so I don't normally have a problem with technology. After a lot of searching and restarting the app, I finally saw the begin pick option. I turned on permissions for it to use my camera, but it wouldn't take a picture of the truck during pickup. It took pictures of my driver's license okay. When I returned the truck, it took those pictures just fine.
James HWe utilized the 24 hour drop off service since we returned our truck outside of business hours. They processed the return first thing Monday morning without any issues.
