Everything was excellent! The place was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She made everything easier for us and helped us arrange a better pickup. We really appreciated her great customer service!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was pretty nasty on the inside. Had to kill the spiders and there were many and they were big. Then had to broom everything out and clean up the front ledge. I've got pictures of it all, if you'd like to see the spiders. It was a Southern House Spider so not dangerous but I was worried it would lay eggs in the gear we packed into the truck overnight.
