I dropped off the trailer late at night. The location was difficult to find and poorly signed. The location was at the back of a building in an industrial park. It was poorly lit. It did not feel safe. The self return form was difficult to use.

nerie lI did an online drop off, it was very easy. I highly recommend doing as much as possible online and even using the app, it makes everything easier and most of it can be done before hand.
CARRIE TBecuase of a fault in your vehicle, I was unable to transport my vehicle along with my move. A very big inconvenience when moving 7 hours away
