This was done all online. I didn't engage with anyone so it was fine once we figured out the process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReturned after hours, but facility was great and had plenty of room.
Mark RWe did a remote check-in via the app and it was seamless. The phone representative was very helpful
Renee CHave better signs where to go. Pickup was a disaster that took 2 hours. There was no one there, the sign to the office led to a locked building. No one answered the phone. No one set up our account for mobile check-in even though that's what the lady on the 800-number told us to do. We had trouble getting the lockbox open. Then after all that, the dollie in our contract was not in the truck and we had to drive all the way to the Gastonia location to get one. Not a good first experience with U-Haul. The truck was very nice though so we appreciated that.
justin lDifficulty with uploading pictures of the truck, remoteness of the location, no place for the lock, no local help phone number. Overall a quite frustrating experience.
