EDNA CTow dolly straps were broken on both Dollys that were available. It worked out okay, but would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have gone elsewhere. I had to strap down one tire with my own ratchet straps.
TYLER BNo one had time to help us pick up our confirmed reservation. “We’re all women” it took 3 hours for a simple pickup. The reserved trailer was backed onto the hitch of the trailer behind. “ We’re all women” I found a solution by going through the parked trailers, finding another the same size and parked freely, took a photo of the number, took it in , and requested switching the trailer That took several phone calls. If I had been alone instead of with my partner, a very strong man, I would not have been able to hook up the trailer. “We’re all women” wouldn’t have done it. This was my 2nd and last rental from this location. The first one, last fall, there was a nice young man that squeezed filling our reservation in between a long line of customers with food orders to go. The first time I had reserved blankets , there were none. This time I reserved an appliance dolly. None. I had to go to Lowe’s and spend $139 to buy one. We had to have it. So this location gets a Poorer than Poor rating.
