This location is in an area where cell phone reception is poor at best with one bar on LTE. The truck I reserved was not there. When I logged into the app it said my equipment wasn't available. I was transferred three times, disconnected twice. They upgraded my truck from what I reserved to what was available at no additional charge. There was no utility dolly or furniture dolly in the back of the truck and the truck was FILTHY in the back as well as the front floor board was sticky. I had to drive an additional 10,2 miles round trip to get the dolly's I had already paid for. I really expected to get a refund for my inconvenience and the lack of equipment.

I went and no equipment was assigned. Office was 30 minutes late opening and went over my pick up time. Didn't recieve but was charged with appliance dolly and wooden furniture dolly. Check engine light came on not even before hitting the road. Transmission was awful and needs replaced, skipped reverse and neutral and went straight to drive. And the key kept getting stuck in the ignition
Nora PThere was no personal help the drop was difficult to find and all the hoops you have to jump thru to drop off using the phone and app is crazy. After a long hard day of moving it was very hard
Scott LDue our plans, I was returning the trailer after business hours. The way to do that is to do it via the app on your phone. The cell service where this location is was only one bar for some of the time, and no bars at others. It took nearly 30 minutes to do the check-in on the app. Recommendation: have locations offer wifi when cell service isn't strong and they accept after hours returns.
