Had what was needed for a short haul of some furniture. Check out and return was done promptly. Will use Brads True Value again if needed.

MICHAEL DThe auto transport trailer was not at the location we set up, I was notified 2 days before to pick it up at another location witch was further away. while picking up the trailer I inspected it and noticed one of the wheel tie downs damaged and could not be used, [ I used my own tie down ] and damage to the fold down fender to the point you could only get one of the rubber fender hold downs secured . Shortly after leaving on trip to Colorado the running light fuse blew in my truck and found short in the trailer wiring in the back clearance light wiring, I fixed the short and picked up another fuse at a truck stop. I had rented the same type of trailer a few weeks before from U-haul from S Florida to Missouri, That trailer was perfect. Do better job at inspecting the trailer's after return.
KEVIN MApart from the location, which was good, the lady checking me in couldn't help with an issue. It wasn't her fault, but now I have to call U-Haul Traffic to get justice. See below: The lady who made my reservation at U-Haul Traffic did not give me enough miles! She shorted me. So, I had to pay nearly $10 for excess mileage! I drove straight from the pick-up location to my house to the drop off location. This is preposterous.
