Well let me start from when me, my husband and my brother-in-law showed up to pick up the truck. We walked in and there were 2 men. One was behind the counter and one was sitting in a chair in the waiting area. Both men gave us terrible looks, acting as if we were lost. The man sitting in the chair actually made a racist remark about my brother who is Asian. He thought we didn't hear him, but I definitely did. We proceeded to give the man behind the desk our information. My brother in law told the man his name and spelled it very clearly. My brother has his masters degree and is very fluent in English. The man behind the desk was rude and made rude comments about my brothers name. If we weren't in such a hurry to get the truck, we would have left without it! I was so angry and so was my husband. I will never go back to this business for anything. The truck was clean and ran nicely but their service was completely unprofessional.

This was a used car dealership, lot was a mess with huge mud puddles. No one was on site to check in the trailer. We had to drop off and wait until someone sent a receipt from their home. That's felt risky.

Great place to pick up your uhaul. Guys are very helpful. The only issue I had was with uhaul its self and there online registration. The UHAUL 24/7 staff is absolutely ridiculous to deal with!
