Took to the address of return, but it was just a gravel lot with trucks and trailers with a drop box. No explanation of processing so I dropped the trailer off, left paperwork, and thought it was complete. 2 days later i got a call questioning the trailers whereabouts. It was all handled professionally, but confusion could have been avoided.

The hours posted on the door showed they would be open when we dropped off but nobody was there. Called the U-haul main number and they walked me through the return through the app. I prefer to drop off to a live person but this worked out I guess.

Janine WNo one at the site on drop off on a Saturday before noon and noone answering the phone. Just a field with loose stone on it and a post with a drop box. Wasted time driving around to find it because UHaul doesn’t have the complete address in the system - so GPS takes me to the wrong location.
