Nothing. Everything was great. Kelly provided excellent customer service too. My first time ever renting a Uhaul was a great experience!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad the best experience picking up and dropping off a U-Haul trailer. Autumn was able to support my picking up on a Sunday even tho it was outside their business hours. I then arrived early, and they still helped me. They were very patient in making sure the information was loaded right into the system for my rental and helping to hookup the trailer, ensure everything was secure, and confirm all the lights were working. Turn-in was also a breeze as I was able to drop off early, but they had let me know they could support even an evening drop off if needed. Very pleasant and low-stress experience! Also nice ample room to turn and back the trailer.
Ariana MKelly was kind and understanding! Thank you for being flexible with us!

James PAutumn enterprises was not my drop off location that was my pickup location but the girl is very helpful in everything she even contacted us during our drive to let us know that the original drop off location in Washington was full and they were unable to take the trailer that I was towing up so they asked if I could take it to a different location gave me all the information it was very easy it was not that far away it was literally like quarter mile from the original location for drop off
